Pet-peeved Thursday

Thursdays, sometimes I enjoy them, sometimes I don't, especially when I have a ton of tests and quizzes in all my classes. Thursday, it turns on my happy alarm, that Friday comes next, and then a productive yet relaxing weekend where I can catch up a bit on sleep and use the free time drawing or running around to maintain my health and body. This Thursday, although there weren't any tests in any of my classes or pop quizzes and the such, was one of the most annoying Thursdays ever.

On the first day of November, I walked through my typical Thursday, half asleep, eyes struggling to stay open in all my classes, everyone I pass by is a blur, otherwise known as the after effects of a Halloween running around as Minnie Mouse, sugar high and volunteering at a Harvest Festival at church. First class, AP English with Mr. Ziebarth, thank God that he moved our essay to Friday, or else I would have much more on the homework load and would have had to pull an all nighter. Next, Spanish with Mr. Gonzalez, all the worksheets which we had to work on orally drove me crazy since I was raising my hand the entire time to volunteer and receive my participation points, but he only picked me twice. I guess that may be better than nothing. But at the same time, there was this specific person in my class who sat nearby, and the way they chewed their gum made them sound as if they were chewing on a rubber tire. Seriously, that class, I strongly dislike my new seat, where I'm stuck between two flirts and a person who chews gum like they're chewing on rubber.  Chew away girlfriend, chew away your future boyfriend, because nobody wants to be near you when you chew so ridiculously.

Then came music theory with Mr. Wampler, one of my chill teachers this year. By the way, the junior life in high school is full of stress and such, so having teachers who understand the mindset of their students is something that I really appreciate. Since it is my third period class, as a school, the third period classes spend the first 15 mins reading, which may be one of the reasons why our CST scores are so high compared to all the other schools in the district. Anyways, in that class, those 15 minutes I hardly spend reading because I have to deal with an immature senior or two in my class who finds it nice to play the piano in such a way that sometimes I feel like blood is going to pour out of my ears. Seriously, music is generally more appreciated when beautiful.

AP Bio with Mrs. Barro was a blur with presentations and barely starting the lecture for the day, however, it is a class I very much enjoy because that is the time when my "I need food" alarm turns on, with my stomach grumbling furiously of how much it needs food throughout the class period. Lunch, is a beautiful period, however, I get annoyed by all the cutters because I'm a hungry girl who needs to feed her stomach some food in order to function properly in the last two class of the day, APUSH and PreCal with Mr. Nelson and Mrs. Axelson, two very good teachers.  However, I do not want to make this blog any longer, so I shall end here. Well, let me get this straight, I love all my teachers this year, because when I think about it, I have the best teachers of the subject they are teaching, whoo!
