The Little Angel

When someone asks me about my relationship with my younger brother, they get so surprised when they hear what I have to say. My first blog here is dedicated to my younger brother, who means the world to me. My sweet little angel, the only person in this world that brings a smile to my face every second of the day. Although we're seven years apart, we have the strongest bond, the greatest friendship between two siblings ever. I'm so blessed to have such an angel for a brother.

I have many memorable stories that I love sharing about my little brother. I will only share two here, and there will be so much more to share every now and then. The first story I would like to share is one that I've shared to my English class last year for my best/worst speech, in which my topic was about the "Best Sibling in the World." One day I was sitting about, doing my homework, when my brother came in my room and asked me if he could borrow my box of colored pencils. Of course my respond was a "yes" so he took it and ran off. About a hour later he came back and set the box of colored pencils down on my desk with a cute little laugh and walked out of the room. Curious, I opened the box to find all my colored pencils, every single one of them, 300+, all perfectly sharpened.

My second story is about how caring he is at all times. He's always making sure that I'm eating enough and when I'm ever sick, he's always ready and willing to take care of me. For instance, when he gets a cookie or any snacks, he always comes running to me, ready to share, smiling and yelling "Sister, sister, I got something for you!" When he gets a giant cookie, he usually breaks it in half, and gives me the bigger half. It's so cute how he does it. And it's even funnier when his friends try to copy him and treat their sisters the same way, who happen to be my best friends. My brother is such an amazing example to other kids around him. When I'm sick, he comes in with freshly squeezed lemonade or soup in hand, ready to take care of me and watch over me. Our bond is strong, powerful, and everlasting, through thick and thin, we will run up the mountain, giving each other a hand through the slippery rocks and obstacles along the way, and together we shall reach success and accomplish all of our goals.
